Applied online. Contacted via email by recruiter. Had quick 5 minute phone screen. Asked to come in to take very basic clerical tests. Invited for in-person interview. Interviewed with Program Coordinator and Director of the Volunteer Dept. The interview was pretty casual. They both had a packet of questions, but didn't ask every single question-- rather, selected a few and asked some questions of their own. Though I didn't feel like I aced the interview, I thought I did well enough; to my surprise, I didn't get an offer. I believe I was pretty qualified (as this is a basic admin position) and presented myself well. Irrelevant interview tip: Parking is insanely expensive ($6.50 flat after some minutes. I don't remember exactly). Try to get validation where available in certain departments or if lucky, park outside along the curb.
