An initial telephone call with a member of the team which covered basic interview questions ie why do you want to work here and then a group interview so that they can see your personality etc.

Firstly I was called up to attend an interview. Group interview, two interviewers. Questions were very casual and the environment wasn’t stressful at all. Only lasted about 10 minutes. Feedback after a few days and if successful, invited to a group introduction afternoon where they decide which role you are suited to.
