The interview process started with an HR call with discussion the role, compensation and to schedule the technical rounds of interviews.
Overall they had 3 technical rounds:
1) Problem Solving and DSA
2) Current Project discussion and LLD
3) System Design and HLD with a small coding exercise.
4) Director round, where he asked about the current roles and responsibilities and explained about their expectations. He also asked about the current project structure and technology used. Typical director round no surprises.
