I applied online. The recruited emailed me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was easy and the recruiter was engaging. I was chosen for the next round of interview in DC. The only thing is I am not from the DC area so I had to fly to DC just for the interview. I think it could have been done through skype, especially because they do not pay for your travels. I interviewed with multiple people (they usually have 3-6 people interviewing you). They seemed to like me and I thought I did a good job. After the interview, I didn't hear anything from them for a week so I send a follow up email to the recruiter and she said they weren't able to offer me the position. I have other job offers so I would have appreciated an email with the decision when they had made it.
