First telephonic call with HR to know about your background and see if I fit for the position. They say they have multiple positions open. Second round was technical with a Software developer for 45 min around SQL, Selenium, basic OOPS concepts and about your experiences. Even they said they have multiple positions open. Third round was face-face with multiple people 45 minutes each for about 5 hours even during lunch time. Strange as no one asked any technical Q's. Only about your past experiences and Agile process. Everything went good and I felt everyone was satisfied as they were saying see you soon. After a week - they said I did not match any of their open positions. This is the second time I applied and went through the entire process in 2 years. I strongly feel, they are just interviewing people as part of a process in sponsoring Green card for their employers and they have no real intentions to hire. Waste of time for about a month and will never apply to this company again.
