Terrible communication. Complete lack of follow up and communication from the initial application process online to the ongoing communication, emails etc. I had heard and even experienced multiple similar items regarding this company but decided to give them a shot after speaking with several other colleagues in the industry. While I don't doubt the quality of their work and I see their communication pieces online I should have trusted my colleagues and instincts. The communication was horrendous along with their follow up. I can't endorse them based upon my experiences but others may feel differently - good luck!
