I heard from HR no more than a couple of days after applying on line. We moved quickly through the process to the hiring manager and then to the head of the group. Discussions went very well to the point the hiring manager's boss offered a relocation to Washington, DC rather than Columbus, OH. He told me to think it over and contact HR if this was of interest. I informed HR that same day that I was definitely interested. The next step was to be in person meetings in Columbus. That was 4 months ago and I haven't heard a thing ever since. I have tried to follow up several times, but no response. In total I spent almost 3 hours interviewing and the firm never provided any feedback or status. A very unimpressive interaction. Ironically, I could very likely be in a position to hire a firm like Advizex, and they've already made a very poor first impression.
