Quick interview. The interview was set up through a recruiter. I was to meet with their human resources associate first, to answer questions and fill out paperwork, although that didn't happen since the associate was not available at the time.
The interviewer was engaged and ready to talk. You need to be ready to take control and talk about how you can help them.
