Phone interview and in person interview.
Phone interview was simple and had no issues.
The in person interview was in a cold conference room with no heat. I lasted for an hour plus and near the end of the interview the CEO hinted that a job offer was coming and wanted to talk about next steps. Later, I received a 4 word email that said it’s not a fit. Owners aren’t on the same page.
