I had a phone screen first. I sent a few follow-ups over the course of a month. Then, after the last follow-up, I was asked for an interview within 3 days, but they also wanted me to complete a test before the interview. (It's a bad sign when the company doesn't think you have anything to do or any obligations while you're job searching.) The job description said that knowledge of Adobe After Effects expressions was a must. The test had a requirement to use at least one expression. During the interview, they asked why I chose this or that for my video test. The honest answers were because I had no time to do anything else or because they had asked to use an expression, but I politely bluffed my way through. But the real kicker was when I asked why they wanted the person to be knowledgeable about expressions. Their answer (because down the road they wanted to be able to have AE automatically insert 30,000 -yes, 30,000 new lower thirds) showed a complete lack of knowledge about what they were asking or even basic video knowledge. In addition, they weren't discreet about the last person leaving on bad terms. Can't imagine why. Red flags all around.

Relatively quick process with all managers and the VP of Sales. The questions are typical of a sales interview. They made sure to explain the product in detail and answer all questions in depth.
