It was crazy, two different recruiters for two different roles. One had no idea what the role is about and asked questions like 'why would you want to work here'. This is after rescheduling, canceling, and then scheduling again after 3 times (each time not remembering exactly who I was even though its him that called me). The other recruiter for an executive level role literally showed up a minute and a half after he'd woken up, cleaning eye buggies and staring into the distance during the interview.
