The interviewer was 10 minutes late in the first interview, and I had to wait on mute without explanation, making the start a bit clumsy. Additionally, I felt the interviewer was rushed and ended the call abruptly. After a few days and several issues regarding updates for the second interview, I was informed that a recruiter was involved in the process. The first call with the recruiter was awkward and rude. Furthermore, the essential information needed for the skills assessments in the third interview stage was not provided or mentioned during a previous phone call with the recruiter, making it difficult to fully prepare with only 10 minutes to read the brief and give my best.

Hiring managers should value candidates time.
