Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Adyen (Amsterdã) em nov. de 2023

First it was a screening call with the recruiter. Then an interview with the team. Then a case study interview with an engineer and a manager. I got rejected after this interview. They used a lot of ITIT vocabulary in their questions which I was not familiar with them. Also they were looking for specific answers to some questions that were very general. If you want to be successfull it's better to do a lot of research about the team and what they are doing so you can meet the expectations.

Recruiter screen followed by hiring manager conversation followed by two technical rounds.
The recruiter initially was courteous and responsive. The hiring manager conversation went well and gave me a good picture of job expectations. The first technical round was with a panel of interviewers and a real life design example which was nice to go through. The second round of technical interviews was cancelled 8 hours before citing the interviewers not feeling well. No follow ups from the previously diligent recruiter for up to two weeks about rescheduling or prior feedback.
While I understand the candidate pool is large right now, the impressions I got from the recruiter at the start of the process wasn't kept through the process and has had a negative impact on my outlook at interviewing at Adyen.
