The role was entry-level and the job description explicitly mentioned, no prior experience was needed for the role as they train all their new employees. Just for the context, I had 2+ years of experience in the industry.
It was a 1st round phone screen interview, most probably with a recruiter. I was asked to select a few time based on my availability. I confirmed my availability on the next 3 consecutive business days. I was then confirmed on day 2 to get a call on day 3 afternoon.
The confirmation email mentioned the recruiter and David Ramirez to be on the call but it was just the recruiter during the actual call.
The recruiter on call was overall very nice and straight-forward. Even gave me some positive feedbacks on my qualifications upon asking at the end of the interview and explicitly mentioned that I have a good chance.
Some of the questions I asked that may be relevant here:
1. What does the interview process look like?
Answer: In MS teams—with 2 or more managers. If all goes well, we’ll offer the position.
2. When can I expect to hear back about the next steps?
Answer: Before the end of next week.
I received a rejection email the next morning stating: they moved forward with another applicant. Even though it was disappointing as an applicant, the overall interview process was smooth and good.
PS: The questions listed below are not chronological. I only remembered these ones but was asked a couple of more.
