I applied online after finding a job ad on LinkedIn. After submitting the CV on the website I got invited to an interview with two people (one from HR and one Senior Manager). There were no phone interviews or online test.

Recruitment agent, submitted cv as part of Application then a Teams interview. Interview was to present a project update to stakeholders followed by competency questions. This process lasted around 3 weeks.
