The process involved three video interviews and one in person. Each interview involved a different person from the company. Very disorganized and was completely ignored after second interview. Second interviewer was rude and very unhelpful with the questions I asked. It’s a start-up so I understand people looking to apply are at the mercy of no HR and the personalities of few people but not contacting people who email you asking for an update on where they stand in an interview process is unprofessional. This was my second interview not a rejection of my initial application, a response is usually standard. As a relatively new interviewee, I would have loved the opportunity to see where my shortcomings were as a candidate but was not given that chance. At the end of the second interview I felt more than a bit judged, I know there is some of this that is inevitable but it definitely affected the interview experience negatively. I hope this helps anyone looking to apply to a job here in the future.
