The company found me via email, likely from LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. I set up a time to meet with them via calend.ly. Within a day of setting up time, I received an automated form email inviting me to apply. The next day, same thing. I thought this was weird but was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because I'm a marketer and I get sometimes emails go out that we didn't mean to. The time comes for the interview. I wait. I wait. It's been 10 minutes. Finally, I email to ask if the interview is still on. I get an immediate invite to meet the next morning. No apology. No explanation. Just a reschedule. I replied to my initial email letting them know I didn't need to take the call, I would be passing on the opportunity. They didn't apologize or attempt to explain why they blew me off with nothing to say. They cheerfully thanked me for letting them know. I can't imagine working for a company so disorganized and lacking in basic politeness.
