Entrevista
I applied online in April of 2026, and eventually received a pretty generic product management assessment to complete - "tell me about a time", "how do you handle X", that sort of stuff. Apparently I answered acceptably, and was eventually scheduled for an HR screen.
The HR screening call that was pleasant and unremarkable. Feedback on this call took over a week, and I was eventually asked to schedule a time to meet with their CEO. Finding a time on his calendar was challenging and I had to schedule another week+ out. During this time I emailed the HR representative multiple times with questions about what to expect during the interview with the CEO, and none of those emails received a response.
The interview with the CEO was equally unremarkable. It was pleasant and conversational, but his professional background and the questions asked made it clear his experience with the discipline of product management was pretty limited.
Another week+ later, I received an auto-rejection.
I believe I dodged a bullet here, as the initial HR contact had outlined an onerous interview process that did not sound particularly respectful of candidates' time - HR screen, CEO interview, Engineering Lead Interview, CS Manager Interview, a "stakeholder design review" (some sort of take home project), and then a panel interview. That's five interviews plus free labor on a project of indeterminate length. Given their slow (or non) responses at the first two stages, it feels like a process that would have taken three or four months to complete.
Overall, it was a fine and forgettable experience.

Entrevista
Another company that always has jobs listed but seemingly never hires anyone. Either fake postings or the AI is bad at reviewing candidates. This is why applications need to be reviewed by humans from the beginning.

I only completed up through the phone interview as the company was acquired and I decided not to continue the process given that. My experience was positive.
