Applied online and in three days I got a phone call which counted as the first interview. answered some questions, informed on what would happen when I came in for my in person interview. sent me an email with stuff to study and prepare for. had to take 4 test. typing, customer service, computer basics, and technical terms. Then I went and shadowed an agent on the floor for 30 mins. after that one last interview with a couple of questions and then was hired.
