They first have you do a phone interview. Next they have you come in. When you come in, they say it's informal, but it's an interview without a doubt. I was told at the end of the in person interview that I was going to be contacted when a position became available. It will be two weeks tomorrow and I've yet to hear a word from them. I have called a few times and just recently sent an email. It appears as if when you are not chosen they will just drop you and not bother to return calls. Other then the lack of feedback they seemed to be a good company. I saw a man who'd been recently hired when I was there so I am sure that people do get through the process successfully. If I get any more information, I will create an updated version of this.
