I was thoroughly researched. It made me feel like my potential fellow employees would be trustworthy and up to the task. I had several sit downs before I was chosen. I was interviewed by the contracting agency first then the client. The interviews were friendly and fast paced but very informative. I was also given a quick tour of the call center.
