Entrevista
Went through 3 phases for the interview--phone screening, phone interview, office interview. The first part of the interview was with the DOB, and was very comfortable and smooth. The second part included an interview with 2 account managers. One of them was very arrogant and condescending towards me, which ruined the entire experience for me. He also spoke very negatively about another Allegis group company during the interview. They picked what behavioral questions they wanted to ask off of a piece of paper and took notes the entire time. The behavioral questions were unlike any other behavioral questions I had been asked in other interviews. In addition, I was also asked an abnormal amount of questions regarding my major, what it is exactly, why I chose it, my favorite class, why that was my favorite class, what I learned etc.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
