First round was a video call with the recruiter who said everything my experience matched and they would reach out to schedule interview with the hiring manager. They never got back. When I checked a week later, they said that they decided to not move forward with me

1) Recruiter 2) SVP Engineerintg 3) Backend Architect 4) Web/Mobile lead 5) LC Medium algo Great interviews with team leads only to get a LC medium problem completely out of the blue. Makes no sense why a startup with a backend team so small results to giving a LC problem. Had a lot of respect for the team after my first few rounds but lost it after this. Should have gave the LC problem before any of the prior rounds to not waste everyone's time.
