The interview process was very unprofessional. I had been invited to come interview, but was not told that it was actually for a cattle-call open house. I had one on one interviews with 2 people who both did not even work for the branch that was doing the hiring and had no clue about the position it was for. After the second meeting, I was supposed to have a third one. As I waited a bit, the woman came back in and just told me that they were really busy and someone would get in touch with me. I knew it wasn't because I had interviewed badly nor scored badly, since I had seen the markings on the sheet that I was scoring highly. There weren't even any technical questions asked during either interviews, just questions about showing up for work and general work ethics.
The whole problem was that I had come from Mississippi to Raleigh, NC based on the company's recruiter saying that I was a good candidate and it resulted in a 30 minute shuffle with nothing to show of it. I still haven't heard back from them, and it has been a month.
From what I gathered, they were looking for people that they could work hard for little pay and anyone who had any intelligence would not go for that.
