The interview process at the beginning was good, I received the call just a day after I applied for the job. First, I was asked to complete a SQL test (intermediate level). Then, two interviews were conducted (again intermediate level). I cleared both the rounds and then on the same day was told that I had to fill "pre-process offer" form which I filled on the same day. Now, comes the strange part, There was no contact from their side for straight 10 days. After repeated calls and emails from my side, they finally answered my mail and then told an absolute shocking news that the position that I applied to has been put on hold! I never experienced such unprofessionalism from any other company. What was the use to conduct 1 SQL written test and 2 tech interviews when you don't even have the bandwidth to onboard associates? Totally negative experience for me. And will not suggest aspiring candidates in this domain to go to this company. PLEASE AVOID!
