Our requirements recently changed and so we're not going to move forward at this time. We will reach out once a position opens up that may be a good fit. We appreciate your interest in Affinity and wish you success in your job search. Apologies on the lateness of the message. I guess I just assume that the requirements for the role are discussed prior to posting a role or at the very latest prior to 30 minutes before a candidate interview. I asked what the new requirements were so that I could maybe enhance skills for future opportunities but I never heard back.
