Entrevista
I did not make it to the interview. However, I had to indicate the level of respect received from their recruitment team. They didn't send me just a generic rejection e-mail; they outlined what they liked about my application and what prevented my application from going forward. If they are willing to go this far to accommodate potential talent that didn't even make it to the interview, I can only imagine how well they take care of everyone already working there.

Entrevista
Never made it to first interview, but wanted to let applicants know that this company sent a personalized decline to my application, along with contact info to their head of talent in case I felt they overlooked something. That level of effort in the early stages of recruitment is RARE and signals this company has a talent-first culture. Highly recommend!
I applied online and heard back within a few days. Though I did not get the role, they were very specific with the feedback ( I lacked the industry experience). The feedback was quick so I did not waste time hunting down my network contacts. The feedback was very specific as well rather than the generic "you did not get the job because others are just better" note - joking of course - but the experience was fantastic. As a job seeker, I appreciate the quick response and transparent feedback so I am not sitting around waiting to hopefully hear back about the role.
