They first ask you to write a letter to a customer to judge your English, you then do a maths test, you then do role play customer service situations where you receive an inbound call and make an outbound call.

I had 2 role play which was the most important part of the recruitment process. After which I had an interview. At the end I was told I got 147/200 in the role play. I was told I knew about the job from the role play but the examples I gave during the interview were not good enough I was really Sad
