I contacted the HR. The HR was incredibly slow to reply. I had to push the HR many times to schedule the first phone screens. The phone screens went well and I was called on-site. The on-site interview was terrible. Even though I applied for a position with the operations team, I didn't meet a single person who was working with the operations team. Instead all my interviewers were software developers and asked me standard coding questions! In fact, one of my interviewers didn't even show up. The interviews were badly managed/planed. A couple of interviewers were just plain rude! Even though I have heard a lot of positive things about the CEO, but I can't say the same for the people working there!
