This company gloats on their “DEI”, but is the most discriminating company I’ve ever tried to work for.
Their interview process is grueling. They start the initial process and it seems to move along quickly from recruiter to coordinator to your next interview, but after meeting with the hiring manager I felt the “next step process was to ghost me until I kept following up. You have to contact recruiter to ask for updates and they follow up several days later telling you they had glitches and forgot to send you
Information.
The hiring manager didn’t seem interested in the interview and barely asked any questions relevant to the job. I asked a lot of questions and they were very dismissive. I understand being overworked and exhausted but their demeanor seemed very dismissive and uninterested, which I felt was very discriminatory towards me which felt it was based on my “appearance”.
After 3 interviews they then blindside you with sending you an “exercise” assignment with 3 questions that they say should only take 1 hour, and have 72 hours to complete.
The questions require research, and knowledge about the company which that alone takes more than an hour to do. None of the questions were relevant to a project manager.
The quickest response you will receive is their automated rejection email.
When you ask them to provide feedback on the interview, the recruiter will just ghost you.
Don’t waste your time.
