Easy process, turn around time was fast. They keep in touch throughout the process. When I needed help and reached out I received a response in minutes. I've already referred a couple of people.

After applying to AD&I I eventually received a phone call and voicemail. I called back and was transferred to the General Manager to loosely speak about what the position entailed. We scheduled the interview and I came in to meet the General Manager and Lead Lab Technician and discussed the position and was able to personally see the dental lab. It was not an intimidating experience and I felt very welcomed. I was contacted shortly after to begin the onboarding process which was done completely online with aid from a recruiter who was very nice and helpful.

The interview process was very smooth. The current team made it an easy enjoyable atmosphere which allowed me to be comfortable in showing my skills. The overall experience made me want to move forward with the position.
