We never reached the interview level because of the Remote conditions that they forced on us, so the headhunter mentioned to me that they accept remote work as long as it is done from Canada and not any other country.

Been told that I am allowed to work remotely but when they got back to me saying that they require to Remote work, but they said that they require the work to be done remotely from Canada and not from another country.

Entrevista
Was contacted directly by the company and they mentioned that they were interested in interviewing me. I had two interviews, one with HR/recruiter and a panel interview, both interviews went well but I was totally ghosted by the recruiter and haven't heard anything since. I already had another remote offer from a better company at that time so I wasn't particularly interested in going back to hybrid, but there's something to say for professionalism. The process left a bad taste in my mouth.
