Overall good. Upfront about commission only which is a plus. Description was detailed regarding bonuses. Only thing that was confusing was renewals and already established accounts (was under the impression that new associates help with this right away to supplement income which is not the case).

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
