There were two interviews with the regional manager. the first one w as getting to know about Aflac and the second was more getting to know if it was a good fit for me. Really, they want to see if you can be self motivated and have a good presence.
There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager

Entrevista
Professional and fast pace. A lot of explaining of the role and what to expect. Not many questions towards me since the position was to become an insurance broker I asked questions at the end to receive clarification.

Entrevista
Interview process was easy. First there was a group meeting to tell about the company, second one on one interview. Very thorough in the company policies, compensation plans. The interview was approximately 1 hour.
