I found intern position posting on school career website. After sending resume to their email on the school website, it took them about 1 month to reach me. Firs was phone interview, then, group info session, then lastly 1 on 1 interview. Interview was mainly about behavior question and background information. For instance, tell me about your self, describe the time when you faced challenge and how you deal with it?

Very laidback and easy going interview. No second rounds. Got the job after
It was a very simple interview, didn’t ask many questions honestly. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. You will be all set with this interview!

They were not honest about what the job involved, turned out to be a sales position, not finance. This was not a good company to grow your career as a young student.
