It was a really simple and straightforward sit down where he told me about the process and getting a license to sell insurance. He mentioned multiple times that the job is entirely about getting out there and actually selling the product otherwise since it's entirely commission based it's not a good fit.

It was a very simple interview, didn’t ask many questions honestly. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. You will be all set with this interview!

They were not honest about what the job involved, turned out to be a sales position, not finance. This was not a good company to grow your career as a young student.
