Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.

The interview process began with a group interview, where the team first presented an overview of Aflac through a PowerPoint presentation. After that, I was invited to move forward to the first-round interview. Overall, the atmosphere felt very relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable, which made the experience much more comfortable and left me with a positive impression of the company.

1st interview is actually just an hour long informative group zoom call about the company and posisition. You will not talk at all to the recruiter.
2nd interview is a 15 minute conversation with little context and basically on boarded immediately
