Initial communication through Career Builder - I like the people in the office they are great and seem like it would be awesome to work with them. It's daunting going from salary to commission only. The Regional Coordinator said he guaranteed 50k if you work your 40 hours a week. I have no problem doing that but with the economy I am still not sure. I am going to consider an offer from my current employer as well.
