An email was sent without the name of the position. They didn't say what position it was, only that it was based on my resume. Three people arrived a minute late (the location isn't easy to find) and were left in the waiting room for twenty minutes before being sent on their way. My actual job is completely different, and I found myself applying for a position I hadn't even considered. The interview itself was more like a promotion than an interview. They told us all the great things about being an agent. If you like sales, it's for you, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.

They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
