There was an initial interview over the phone that happened after applying for this position online. This initial call was done through the area's talent acquisition specialist who asked basic background questions to see if we both thought that I would be a fit for the position or not and if we both did what the next steps would be like. After getting through that phone call I was set up with a interview with the regional sales coordinator. This interview was confirmed via phone call and email the day prior and was very flexible if it needed to be moved due to current work schedules. Because of the sickness going around they also offered to have the interview online via face chat. Overall a great and easy process if you are a great fit and if not they will tell you what it takes and give you time to decide if this is it for you or not.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
