Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Aflac (Chicago, IL) em mar. de 2014
Entrevista
I first received an email from Aflac inviting me to an interview. Of course I was excited and accepted. It turned out to be a group initial interview where we learned about the history of Aflac as well as about the position. The presenter had 30+ years of experience and was very direct yet vague about the position. Essentially it was sales yet she managed to avoid that word for an entire hour. She talked a lot about how you can earn a lot of money, how businesses can't resist what Aflac offers, how the toughest part will be getting the appointments. Essentially this is a job is for someone who is very aggressive, and I am not, so I chose to not continue with the follow up interview. I wish Aflac had been more upfront about this being a sales position before making me trek out to their office and sitting through their presentation.

Nothing difficult, but asked why we were interested in Aflac.

Entrevista
A bit like super day for me. I interviewed multiple managers in one afternoon. All of them were friendly and did not press me too hard. 30-40 percentage of time was them introducing the company culture, hiring role responsibilities, and expectations for the role.
I was not informed that the position was compensated only in commission. I left when I realized that there was no pay for this contractor position. It was highly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Nonsense like, do I have a "book of business" so I can bring my own clients to this unpaid position.
Had one interview with the RSM and got offered the job immediately following the interview. Seemed more like a meet and greet than an actual interview. This was very easy and not difficult at all.
