A recruiter will contact you. You will then interview with a group at a Regional's office. Everyone can be hired. The group interview is more like a pep rally for aflac rather than in depth questions about the potential employee. You will be asked to talk about yourself, but everyone can be hired, therefore don't sweat it.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.

sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
