They contacted me via email after applying online. I went in to their office for a group interview, in which they basically told us about the position and talked about how great the company/job is. Next, they asked me back for a 1:1 interview. I filled out a questionnaire and came in for the second interview. The interviewee talked for most of the time, then asked a few questions.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.

sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
