they call you and invite you to a group interview. You go in with an average of 10 other individuals and someone proceeds in giving a sales pitch for the company. They sell the company to you, you don't need to sell yourself to them. Can you breathe?

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
