Was a group interview where she asked both of us some questions then moved onto the PowerPoint about the internship. It then was a more personal 1v1 interview where the questions got more indepth.

Very straightforward and easy. Had one interview and was hired. They just want to know who you are as a person. No prior experience in sales is needed. It is unpaid but if you make a sale you get 40% of the commission which is huge!

After the initial first round of interviews, it took over two months for a response from the interview process. Perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought . Still, a timely response would have been courteous.
