Pass the state Health and/or Life insurance exam. Schedule a meeting with the district manager, and/or be approached by hiring agents in your area. Contract with the company, purchase a computer and/or outline of coverage brochures, meet one on one with the district or regional manager.
There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager

Professional and fast pace. A lot of explaining of the role and what to expect. Not many questions towards me since the position was to become an insurance broker I asked questions at the end to receive clarification.

Entrevista
Interview process was easy. First there was a group meeting to tell about the company, second one on one interview. Very thorough in the company policies, compensation plans. The interview was approximately 1 hour.
