I first had a call with HR then 2 round interviews 1 for job fit to check if skills correspond and the other for Personnality fit. The HR called me at first and then the 1st interview was with HR to check for fit and then the regional sales coordinator To check for skills and ability to do the job.

This was an interview for a position I wasn't expecting to see. I was expecting this would be job working with insurance data. Instead, it was a group session for a commission job in soliciting businesses to sign up for insurance. A lot of talk of how one could earn 100k doing commission work. There were about 5 people looking for a position, all but one left the interview and never returned. Unless you want to work a commission job selling insurance, don't bother.
