The 1st interview was with the head district manager and another person applying for the same position.We got to listen to the interviewer give us the history of the company,sell us on why we should work for them and ask him any questions if we wanted to.The 2nd interview was with the regional district manager and myself he asked me a few questions about myself and explained how awesome it is to work for Aflac and explained that I would need to pay for my insurance license/test and asked if i wanted to pay for it right than and there in order to let him know that i was serious about the job offer.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.

sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
