Easy to get an interview and not hard to set a time that works for you overall it's easy and the interviews are set up online and you do them on like a zoom meeting set up.
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.

Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
