The group interview format was surprising - basically a round-table talk with no opportunity to ask questions. Later, they may call you if you want to meet one-on-one with the hiring manager. I declined because I believe this process is a waste of time for both the interviewer and interviewees. There were about 20 people every hour or so on certain days. Basically it indicates that they don't screen resumes and will hire anyone.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.

They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
